Crystal Hughes, the founder of Wig Capitol Foundation, collects wigs through donations and brings them to the school to be refurbished.

“I wear wigs all the time, we all do and just toss our wigs in the closet or our wig drawer and that's it,” Hughes says. “Those wigs can be re-used and re-worn.”
